2017 Felipe Massa's Retirement Grand Prix version 2 Thread
Will Felipe Massa become the first F1 driver to three-tire? Find out very soon...
...also it's the Brazilian Grand Prix this weekend. Everyone's favourite faux-finale event has welcomed plenty of interesting races over the years, and it's a real fan favourite. Even I like it, and I hate everything.
How can anyone forget Massa's stirring win in 2006, bedecked in Brazilian-flag overalls? Or Kimi Raikkonen's unlikely title after Lewis Hamilton pressed the wrong button in 2007? Or Hamilton's Glock-based retribution in '08? Or another Button-affected title in '09? Or...whatever happened in 2010? You know the one.
Now, HOW can I forget this?
Of course, with Massa's impending second retirement, it means that the F1 grid will go without a Brazilian for the first time since Jacques Villeneuve decided to shave it all off. From a nation which has produced the likes of Ayrton Senna, Emerson Fittipaldi, Nelson Piquet, Rubens Barrichello and Tarso Marques, this is a poor return.
Next in the pipeline may well be Sergio Sette Camara - the financially-gifted racer currently plies his trade in F2 having been binned last year by Red Bull's junior program. Someone should really show Dr. Marko the benefits of recycling.
SERGIO, SERGIO, SERGIO SETTE CAMARA DO BRASILLLLLL *ba ba baaaaa ba ba baaaaa*
A "fun" Brazilian GP-themed fact: Rubens Barrichello failed to finish any of his home races between 1994 and 2004. You can have that one, Klon.
So, there's your guide to the Brazilian Grand Prix. With wider cars, this is...probably not going to be a classic.

Wait, what? How do you know at least one driver on the grid has had a Brazilian since 1969?!?!
What's a Brazilian? Is it a type of nut?

Fixed, heavily. They have lungs like hot air balloons.

To quote Jim Ross, this is gonna get bowling shoe ugly in a hurry.
