SeedStriker, as LM Corsa have higher priority over USD, you will be unable to run the Toyota MR-S PES-GT with that team. You can however, run one Mooncraft Shiden (which is Toyota powered), run apr (two car team) or Team MACH (one car team) instead.
TheFlyingCaterham and peteroli34, as there is only one WRX slot available after LM Corsa joined, please come to a decision on which one of you will switch to running Cusco Motorsport, or demote to part-time. Once this is resolved, all full-time seats will be taken.
BKGlover, as you agreed to run Team TAISAN alongside Dexter249, I need you to confirm if you will match his 911 GT3-RS or if you would prefer to run a Viper Competition Coupe.
As I was a bit forgetful in including this on the sign up form, I also need all Group 2 full-time entrants that have a custom entry to confirm their tire choices if they have not done so already. For reference, you can choose from Advan, Bridgestone, Dunlop, or Michelin. Sorry guys!
Entry issues aside, here is the final full-time entry list for PES Group 2: #3 NDDP 350Z Gr.2 #5 Team MACH MR-S PES-GT #7 RE-Amemiya RX-7 Gr.2 #10 SB Hartono NSX-R Gr.2 #11 SB Hartono NSX-R Gr.2 #18 Goodsmile Racing with M-TEC NSX-R Gr.2 #26 Team TAISAN 911 GT3-RS #30 apr MR-S PES-GT #31 apr MR-S PES-GT #32 Union Saver Developments 911 GT3-RSR #33 BORC Shiden (Michelin) #34 Team Mecha Racing 350Z Gr.2 #51 Team TAISAN Viper Competition Coupe #55 Autobacs Racing Team Aguri NSX-R Gr.2 #60 LM corsa MR-S PES-GT #66 Toshio Race Team F360 PES-GT #77 Cusco Motorsport WRX PES-GT #88 JLOC Gallardo Gr.2 #89 JLOC Gallardo Gr.2 #96 LM corsa WRX PES-GT #98 K-Apex F430 GT #99 Globex Scorpio Racing APD Viper #123 JBS Australia Gallardo Gr.2 #333 BORC Shiden (Michelin)
Any reason my entry isn't on the list? Am I assigned to ARTA instead?

K-Apex will use Dunlop tyres since Kumho aren't available.
Manager of Calsonic Team Impul in Formula E, K-Apex in PES & Eurasian F3 and Mitsuoka in Alt-F1 '76. My career mode thread -1988: AGS (19pts, 9th)//1989: Arrows (25pts, 8th, 1 win!) You'll never DNF if you always DNPQ. #RollSafe

If you want to paint your own Group 2 cars, I've finally finished up the basis for the Group 2 category. Please use the plates with the yellow background for these cars.
You will need a working install of rFactor in order to view your liveries in-game.
Now that we have assigned all of the full-time entries in both classes, it is now time for the Group 1 teams to bid on drivers for the upcoming season.
If you have an ASMF canon driver, you can submit ratings for them here (click).Do not submit ratings for real-world drivers or drivers that you don't hold the DEC for.
RNG for real-world drivers will be handled by Normal32, who runs the Super Formula canon series. The first deadline to submit bids will be February 16th, 14:00 UTC. Any bids afterwards will be moved to a second round if the drivers are still available.
As a reminder, drivers who are Bronze classification or could be considered as such CANNOT be hired for Group 1 duties.
You will need to submit bids in this format: Driver 1: <name> Driver 2: <name> Driver 3: <name> Driver 4: <name> Driver 5: <name>
Do not submit more than five bids. You can, however change who you bid for at any time before the deadline.

The mod I've included in this link is an almost fully functional (albeit very bare) mod, which includes templates in a "Templates" folder. I'll see if I can make OBJs out of these for use in that car previewer thingy later.
The Group 1 cars will be released sometime this weekend.
Group 1 driver bids will be posted within the next two days.
If you are a Group 2 team owner, please re-download the base mod pack from the OP. Some files went missing in the process of readying the base pack for release.
Welp, it's finally here - the end of the first round in Group 1's driver bids!
Jenson Button Currently in FIA EC with Bentley, his commitments already seem very full, and he doesn't seem too keen on joining a lower tier series... ARTA bid odds 1-15: Join 16-100: Decline 52. Jenson declines the offer.
Bertrand Baguette A more likely driver on offer, given no schedule conflicts with his current series, Super Formula. Quite a few teams vie for his services, however... ARTA vs LeMans vs Kunimitsu bid odds 1-70: Join ARTA 71-95: Join LeMans 96-100: Join Kunimitsu 40. Bread boi is rolling with ARTA for this year.
Tomoki Nojiri Member of Honda Formula Dream Project, with two Honda offers on board. Seems obvious enough...? ARTA vs Nakajima bid odds 1-75: Join ARTA 76-100: Join Nakajima 13. Tomoki decides to represent Honda's red team. ARTA's pairing for Group 1 is now complete.
Naoki Yamamoto Currently in Super Formula with Team Mugen, with an additional offer to represent in PES. Another obvious signing, but stranger things have happened in this series... Mugen bid odds 1-95: Join 96-100; Nah 35. Stranger decisions did not cross Naoki's mind.
Yuhi Sekiguchi After swearing off Impul and Kondo in Super Formula, and with seemingly few viable other offers on the horizon, Yuhi will be focusing entirely on PES. A Bandoh deal seems alright, but SARD has an offer he might want to seriously consider... Bandoh vs SARD vs Mugen bid odds 1-30: Join Bandoh 31-99: Join SARD 100; Join Mugen 45. Joins SARD. Toyota's next-best squad have a potential winner on their hands...
Takashi Kogure A driver for B-MAX in Super Formula, things haven't quite gone his way in PES. Perhaps some time at Nakajima could change that? Nakajima bid odds 1-50 Join Nakajima 51-100 Nah 78. Takashi doesn't think so.
Takuya Izawa Takuya isn't too pleased after receiving an offer from only one Honda team. Even with all of Mugen's faults last year in PES however, a ride with Mugen is better than nothing... right? Mugen bid odds 1-65: Join 66-100: Nah 53. After carefully thinking it over, he supposes it is better than nothing at all. Mugen's driver pairing is now complete!
Tsugio Matsuda With a long history of supporting Nissan, NISMO's offer to Tsugio is a guaranteed signing.
Ronnie Quintarelli Ronnie has also supported Nissan for quite a while, and is way more than happy to run another season with NISMO.
Satoshi Motoyama Currently a member of the MOLA squad, but with NISMO wanting to fill their ranks in Group 1, an offer from them looks pretty good right about now... MOLA vs NISMO bid odds 1-40 Join MOLA 41-100 Join NISMO 44. After quite a bit of thinking, Satoshi will be running under NISMO's banner once more.
Masahiro Hasemi Masahiro wonders if the offer from NISMO is just a prank or if they actually were being serious. Either way, a non-starter.
João Paulo de Oliveira He's a bit shocked that Impul don't want him onboard this season, but João can't really complain about a seat with NISMO.
Heikki Kovalainen Representing Nakajima Racing in SF, but normally a Toyota driver in PES, Heikki's allegiances seem a little unclear. Team LeMans would be an interesting offer, but there's reason to sticking with Nakajima as well... LeMans vs Nakajima bid odds 1-50 Join LeMans 51-100 Join Nakajima 12. An interesting decision. Wonder how many bridges Heikki might burn doing that, however...
Kamui Kobayashi Ever since that one crash in 2010, Kamui has been away from the racing scene... with offers from LeMans and Kunimitsu, perhaps a return is finally in order. LeMans vs Kunimitsu bid odds 1-45 Join LeMans 46-90 Nah 91-100 Join Kunimitsu 8. Surprisingly, Kamui doesn't think twice about LeMans' offer. Team LeMans have completed their driver pairing.
Ryo Hirakawa Ryo has been running with WedsSport Bandoh for a while now, and doesn't mind racing another season with them, but perhaps TOM'S has other ideas... Bandoh vs TOM'S bid odds 1-45 Join Bandoh 46-100 Join TOM'S 47. After much consideration, Ryo is onboard with TOM'S.
Yuichi Nakayama Yuichi would absolutely love to jump on board with SARD for a Group 1 championship run, but he doesn't feel ready to take on the competition just yet.
Kohei Hirate Kohei is a member of Toyota Driver Program, and seems likely to go for SARD's offer, given his ties to the team. Maybe Bandoh can sway him away, though? SARD vs Bandoh bid odds 1-70 Join SARD 71-100 Join Bandoh 34. No sway. SARD's driver pairing is complete.
Narain Karthikeyan Already busy with FIA EC, Narain is ambivalent about the idea of double dutying for a lower tier series. Bandoh bid odds 1-15 Join Bandoh 16-100 Nah, focus on FIA EC instead 5. Against all odds, Narain decides to make the jump anyway.
Keiko Ihara A bit of a left field choice, but Keiko wants to try her luck and decides it's go time for her in WedsSport. Bandoh's driver pairing is now complete.
Katsumasa Chiyo The promising Nissan driver seems intent on staying with MOLA, but perhaps Kondo can somehow sway him to do otherwise? MOLA vs Kondo bid odds 1-70 Join MOLA 71-100 Join Kondo 52. Chiyo will be running with the MOLA squad once more.
Daiki Sasaki After a rather lackluster season at Kondo, a new squad is what Daiki needs to move himself up the order, and so he's more than happy to jump at the offer from MOLA. MOLA's driver pairing is now complete.
Kazuki Nakajima With his commitments to Subaru in FIA EC, on top of running in Super Formula for TOM'S already, Kaz regretfully declines.
Yuji Kunimoto Yuji looks at the offer from Kunimitsu, rolls his eyes, and continues on his daily life as a Toyota Driver Program driver as he always does.
Rio Haryanto Rio looks at the offer from Kunimitsu and actually thinks about it, unlike Yuji-san above. Kunimitsu bid odds 1-50 Join Kunimitsu 51-100 Nah 1. Not that he seemed to need to think much. Welcome to the world of GT racing, Rio!
Nirei Fukuzumi Taking up a driver role for Nakajima wasn't a particularly complicated matter for Nirei, and he instantly accepts.
Daisuke Nakajima Daisuke is more than happy to run for his SF team in PES as well, and he instantly accepts.
Sho Tsuboi Having come off of a strong season in Group 2, Tsuboi jumps at the opportunity to be one of TOM'S new bois for 2019.
Ritomo Miyata As a competitor already representing TOM'S in Super Formula, a PES double duty run in Group 1 is also a no-brainer.
Daisuke Ito Daisuke is totally onboard for a run with TOM'S.
Alex Buncombe Alex is a skilled driver in European GT racing from Nismo's Global Driver Exchange and is more than happy to step up to PES GT Group 1 with Kondo.
Michael Caruso Coming off of a decent season in Australian touring car racing, Michael is interested in the PES GT Group 1 deal for Kondo, but would require him to move full-time to that series. Kondo bid odds 1-50 Join Kondo 51-100 Stay in Australian touring cars 42. Caruso will be joining Kondo for 2019, completing their driver pair for this season.
Andrea Caldarelli Having left Toyota's PES GT program a couple years back, Andrea is curious about Impul's offer to race under their banner instead. Impul bid odds 1-35 Join Impul 36-100 Nah 90. Andrea thinks little of Impul's deal, as good as it would be to race in the series again.
Hiroaki Ishiura Hiroaki is part of a rival driver program and rolls his eyes at the offer from Impul.
Felix Rosenqvist Felix is stacked up his rear differential with commitments to Dawson's F1 program, and therefore cannot compete.
Jann Mardenborough Jann looks at the offer from Impul before being forced to turn down their offer for being far too busy with Formula E and Super Formula commitments.
Kenta Yamashita Ignoring Kenta's Toyota bias, he is way too busy with FIA F2 commitments with Hilmer, and this results in Impul's offer being a non-starter.
After this round of bids, Impul and Kunimitsu are the only two teams without a complete lineup. You'll be thrown into the mix with the Group 2 full-time teams for the next round, and there's no guarantee your status as a GT Group 1 team will allow you to secure drivers easily...
All other teams, please check the first post soon(tm) for both driver pairings and rankings. NISMO and TOM'S will need to confirm which drivers go in which cars, as they run two cars rather than just one.
Nakajima Racing would like to sign a third driver for their Group 1 effort. The intention is to have them partner with Nirei Fukuzumi full time, with Daisuke Nakajima joining the effort as a third driver for the Velocity of Sound 1000 at the Fuji Speedway.
Driver Bids:
1) Alex Brundle OR Ollie Rowland (depending on whichever signs on for Nakajima in Super Formula) 2) Sven Müller 3) Côme Ledogar
