Behold, the crowning glory of his racing career.

Oh my goodness, I remember that. I had forgotten it, but I remember. Beautiful and distinctive cars.

YouTube is a strange place, sometimes. There's this bloke from the land of kiwis, Maoris and earthquakes who's made a motorsport-related channel, had a video posted on A Website We're Apparently Not Allowed To Mention and seen his subscriber count jump to 50,000 in a month or so. I've watched a few about the trials and tribulations of Mahaveer Raghunathan, Yuji Ide and the like, but the one I'm going to post here is about...

...Dan Ticktum?

Over 9000 internet points to anyone who correctly identifies why I've posted this video.

That's a huge grid! But the commentator is no Murray Walker, is he? Could send me off to a peaceful sleep with a voice like that.

Many people have tried to make a fantasy circuit comprising the best part of different tracks. So how about doing exact opposite and having worst sections of current F1 tracks.

Including turns 2/3 of Sochi, a long straight ending up to the castle section of Baku, and then a sequence including Abu Dhabi's turns 10/11/12 and Barcelona's final chicane.

Time for a bit of thread necromancy for a very good reason: Drivetribe has just released a video on the Life W12.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC7Nbn25zCY

Hey! Great news! The Dacia Sandero... isn't in this video, but there's a lot of extra background information that most plebs out there (i.e. not those who are interested in back-of-the-grid F1 cars) wouldn't otherwise have known. About all that's missing is the other abortive attempt at a W12 by MGN, with its weird rotary valves, but any other details you might have expected Drivetribe miss - they didn't.

Bendy Bullies all round!
