2022 San Marino Grand Prix - Predicament Predictions!

Bongiorno tout le monde ! Welcome one and all to the former San Marino now something else Grand Prix held at sunny Imola. It's Round 4 of 38 of this year's Predicament Predictions, and this round is extra crucial because I say it is! Now that we're back from the flyaway rounds, let's see if any of the teams have made any sizeable progress with new updates. More importantly, let's see what you lot have in the way of predicting for this weekend? Do you predict another Ferrari walkover, or will the prancing horses embarrass themselves at home? Will Aston Martin nab a point? Is McLaren's newfound pace genuine? Get predicting!

I have been informed that there is a sprint race this weekend. S1 S2 and S3 signify who will finish 1st 2nd and 3rd in the sprint race.

It's still the San Marino Grand Prix in my heart, and the microstate has rewarded me with a second place in the end! Rachel1990 was pretty consistent throughout all the categories to take a decent win here. Championship leader scored very well even in spite of losing a point due to a late submission. Otherwise it was a pretty even spread down the field - most people expected Verstappen to fail, and very few expected Aston Martin to get double points! As we're still early in the season, these races are going to be the norm.

For the championship, Aerond's good result actually extends his championship lead, and Klon now goes into the runner-up position. The two contenders, who were bitter rivals in 2021, may cause sparks to fly this year. The championship winners and contenders every year are hovering around the edges of contention right now, and I expect it's only a matter of time before one jumps toward the top spot.
