MinardiFan95's utterly shameful predictions
2010 Race that pleases Bernie immensly as he gets a street race in Asia at a suitable time for all of the viewers in Europe:
1. AUSTRALIA'S MARK WEBBER
2. Fernando
3. Lewis
4. Robert
5. Jenson
6. Felipe
7. Rubens
8. Kamui
9. Adrian
10. Nico R.

Pole: Fernando
Fastest lap: Lewis
First Retirement: Sebastian V. & Nico H. (first corner collision caused by Nico cutting the chicane and being hit by an overly agressive Sebastian)
ROTR: Nick (woefully average performance on his return)
IIDOTR: Adrian (Dragging the Force India which is more suited to tracks like Spa and Monza into a points scoring position on a street circuit)
DBTMOTR: Sebastian V.
Minor League Premiership (Driver): Kamui
Minor League Premiership (Team): A team which isn't exactly the Playboy Mansion (Virgin Manor)

SPECIAL PREDICTIONS (1 point each):
What lap will Renault instruct Petrov to crash on: None as Flavio is banned from F1 (however i'm predicting a spin on lap 42)
What lap will Sakon Yamamoto's head fly off: None (Although the bumpy track may upset his dodgy neck)
How many times will Hulkenberg cut the track: 1 (and then promptly be hit by Vettel)
How many people will Schumacher block: 22 (everyone except for a certain Japanese backmarker that has a dodgy neck)

WILDCARD PLAYOFFS:
Vettel vs Kobayashi: Kamui (The race will be past Sebastian's bedtime so I'm sure he'll crash)
Massa vs Barrichello: Felipe
Rosberg vs Sutil: Adrian
Kubica vs Schumacher: Robert
This is a cool spot.

1. Webber
2. Alonso
3. Vettel
4. Hamilton
5. Massa
6. Kubica
7. Button
8. Rosberg
9. Schumacher
10. Kobayashi

Pole: Vettel
Fastest lap: Alonso
First Retirement: Di Grassi
ROTR: Vettel for throwing a potential win away.
IIDOTR: Heidfeld for being relatively up to speed on his return
DBTMOTR: Petrov
Minor League Premiership (Driver): Kobayshi
Minor League Premiership (Team): Lotus

SPECIAL PREDICTIONS (1 point each):
What lap will Renault instruct Petrov to crash on: None / won't be deliberate.

What lap will Sakon Yamamoto's head fly off: None

How many times will Hulkenberg cut the track: None. Can you cut the track at Singapore?

How many people will Schumacher block: Define blocking. I could see him holding up a Williams or Force India in the first phase because he tends to make 3 places off the start. If that's what you mean by "block" I'll go with 2. If you mean illegally impede someone, I'll go for 0.

Wilcard Playoffs:
Vettel vs Kobayashi: Vettel
Massa vs Barrichello: Massa
Rosberg vs Sutil: Rosberg
Kubica vs Schumacher: Kubica

2010 Singapore Grand Prix:
1. Vettel
2. Alonso
3. Webber
4. Hamilton
5. Kubica
6. Button
7. Massa
8. Barrichello
9. Rosberg
10. Sutil

Pole: Vettel
Fastest lap: Alonso
First Retirement: Trulli
ROTR: Heidfeld (given that he's getting De La Rosa's engine allocation, I'm betting on the possibility of an engine change and a 10 place grid penalty).
IIDOTR: Kubica
DBTMOTR: Liuzzi
Minor League Premiership (Driver): Kobayashi
Minor League Premiership (Team): Lotus

SPECIAL PREDICTIONS (1 point each):
What lap will Renault instruct Petrov to crash on: None (if he does crash, he is more then capable of doing so himself)
What lap will Sakon Yamamoto's head fly off: None (if he could manage the G forces on the brakes at Monza, for example, he'll manage here - though there is, perhaps, the slim possibility of him retiring due to fatigue)
How many times will Hulkenberg cut the track: None (it'll probably be the pit lane exit he cuts instead)
How many people will Schumacher block: 2

WILDCARD PLAYOFFS:
Vettel vs Kobayashi: Vettel
Massa vs Barrichello: Massa
Rosberg vs Sutil: Rosberg
Kubica vs Schumacher: Kubica

And, since it is likely to be the most interesting that that'll happen this weekend, I think that I will use my double points multiplier this round. I just hope that it doesn't backfire on me...

CHEAT!

Using double points on a round where extra points are available is unfair on the rest of us (read: me). Double points should only count on the predictions that appear on every race to make it fair.

Using double points on a round where extra points are available is unfair on the rest of us (read: me). Double points should only count on the predictions that appear on every race to make it fair.

I thought that the double points multiplier would only apply to the conventional points scoring opportunities (i.e. predicted finishing order), and would not apply to the wildcard additions, which was why I decided to use it (and, to be honest, I'd been waiting for a long time to use it). Given that the race is normally quite dull, I thought that using the multiplier here might make the race watchable for once, because I'd actually have something at stake during the race.

However, if there is any confusion about the situation, then I will happily withdraw my double points multiplier, so that it will not be unfair on everybody else.

Mario's double points will only apply to the conventional predictions which are avaliable at every race.

And since the race here will be at some random time of night in Australia I'll need someone from Europe to keep track of how many shortcuts Hulkenberg takes and how many people Schumacher blocks during the race.

OK then - and, besides, now that you've said that, there is probably going to be a monsoon and utter carnage worthy of Monaco '96, and it'll be someone totally random who wins...

Do you mean just holding guys up or illegally blocking them (ie. weaving, compressing them against walls etc.)? And if it's the later is it what we deem illegal or what the stewarts deem illegal?
