Going off-topic, but... Ever since we first had that argument on this forum, I've wondered if the members wouldn't have cared so much from Kimi's manouvre if it hadn't denied Fisichella from taking a victory for Force India, which at the time was one of the forum's biggest favourites (due to their underdog nature).

I believe that it is also in part because Kimi's move in that race lead, somewhat unnoticed, to Charlie Whiting changing his position on the use of that run off strip in Spa - the drivers are still allowed to use it at the start to avoid an accident, but anybody gaining a position as a result of it will be subject to a stewards inquiry.

As a valued BBC viewer I missed the podium, er, interview. Was it better than the Silverstone cringe-fest?

No. Apart from Vettel pouring champagne on Alonso and Button as they were being asked their single question by Niki Lauda, and Vettel being returned the compliment in return by both other drivers. But that gag will tire if they do it every time.

Yes, but think about this - what ex-F1 driver can they get to do the podium interviews in Hungary, eh?

Let's have a think...

He's probably going to drive the circuit at the very least.

OBJECTION!

He's the co-commentator next to Dániel Mezei. I doubt it will happen!

Hakkinen:Did you have a good race?
Raikkonen:Yes

End of interview.

HWNSNBM always does some sort of promotional drive doesn't he? I know he's massive in Hungary coz of his amazing and world class Championship point.

I don't think it's impossible, he can walk up to the podium from the commentator's box. It would be also good for the Hungarian TV.

We all know HWNSNBM would be appropriate.
Hakkinen could be up there, many of his fans were here when he drove.
Mansell for winning his title here? Another possibility.
