The event now has a wiki page, which should make it a bit easier to find out all necessary details about the race. As you can see, five drivers don't have racing numbers yet; if I don't get them in time from the owners of the drivers, then I'll decide them myself.
The race will be broadcast live on Wednesday 10th July 21:00 UTC.

Sorry for being an continuity whore, but why I thought associating Fern Bay with Tropico for F1R Masters causes continuity issues with RoLFS? In RoLFS, Fern Bay is an Jamaican track to conform with LFS' "canon" (racing sims usually doesn't have a canon of any sort, but officially Fern Bay is set in Jamaica). Putting Fern Bay in Tropico would mean retconning some events in RoLFS, IMO.
(Then again, I often thought that the old High Speed Ring, as decipted in GT1 and GT2 and the new one, as decipted in GT4 and GT5, are completely different things, judging by scenery)

I've never intended Fern Bay to be in Tropico - the F1 Rejects Masters is marked with a Jamaican flag in our wiki calendar, and I just confirmed that the track is indeed in Jamaica in the article for the race. Having the race heavily sponsored by the Tropican government was merely an idea Wizzie got on the chat when I showed early preview streams of the race, helped by the fact that the car's ingame designation is indeed MRT5 (in reality it comes from McGill Racing Team, but in our world it's an obvious reference to Melrose and his cronies).

Re: LFS NC races, Round 1: F1 Rejects Masters with MRT5
Pippa Mann clearly blames Pieter Kickert for that 1st lap collision... She was feeling somewhat shaken up after going upside down, but initial reports are that it's nothing worse than that.

Re: LFS NC races, Round 2: F1 Rejects Dragster Festival
Considering that the RWRS calendar has now advanced to early May, I think it's good time to start planning the second LFS NC race of the season; the inaugural F1 Rejects Dragster Festival. As written in the first post, the event takes place on June 25th and June 26th 2016 and features Top Fuel dragsters (actually Formula BMWs heavily customized with LFS-Tweak ). The event clashes with the Lausitzring round of F1RICS and the French round of RRC, but drivers from any other series are welcome. To allow as many people as possible to participate the current limit is one driver per user, which will be increased to two if the entry list isn't filled by 24th October.
There is no injury risk involved: I've run multiple tests to confirm that the LFS AI is quite good at driving in a straight line safely, even when there's 8 dragsters driving side-by-side. When entering, please state your driver, his/her nationality and preferred race number. The event is open to everyone, no affiliation in any other series is required!
Quarterfinal 1
1. Laurent Seron (BEL) #25
2. Artesia Mass (GBR) #42
3. Douglas Mann (GBR/IMN) #96
4. JP Laurent (USA) #67
5. José Alvarez (ESP) #11
6. Gia van Dycke (BEL) #1
7. Pippa Mann (GBR) #69
8. Jasper Lerby (DEN) #2
Quarterfinal 2
1. W. A. Stokins (USA) #4
2. David Tenpecost (USA) #14
3. Jan van der Maeyede (NED) #0
4. Silvia Renaldi (ITA) #44
5. Hobson Tarantino (USA) #45
6. Jordan Davies (GBR) #99
7. Adam Coldhill (AUS) #91
8. Herberto Dominguez (AND) #5
Quarterfinal 3
1. James James Davies (GBR) #17
2. Björn Ekdal (SWE) #73
3. Benoît Voeckler (FRA) #27
4. Sam Baromono (BEL) #13
5. Junior Bannock (JAM) #18
6. Stephan Generic (CAN) #41
7. James Douglas (NZL) #74
8. Rick Douglais (USA) #43

5. Shane Sparks (USA) #3
6. Jan de Friis (NED) #24
7. Jaropolk Petrovich (RUS) #100
8. Laurent Coteau (FRA) #19
From each quarterfinal the four best cars advance to two semifinals, and from each of these two semifinals the top four advances to form the final octet. If you want to make custom liveries (completely optional; this is dragsters after all and your car might appear on the screen for only eight seconds total) the template can be found here: http://www.barkingpig.org/msz/kits/fbm/FBM_Pro-Kit.rar
