No canon experience = not eligible
What drivers are available for hire then?

Please re-read the first post, because Gradenko isn't actually eligible. I would suggest either Alexey Buyvolov or Evgeny Restov; since both driver owners are most likely not to be around to accept your drive, I will be willing to give special dispensation.

Just a heads-up, Dominguez is available for anyone wishing to run an Andorra team, and Diego Alvarez Torrente would like to stake his claim for the Spain drive.

I would like a full-time driver to do the whole season and would like to request the following drivers for the USA team: Tristan Jung/Dan Greenlaw/Colin Prachett (tristan1117's drivers)/Vidal Reyna-Sanchez (Wizzie)

Dave Cassidy is available and is better than any of those drivers, being a multiple F1 GP-winner.

Now that I've managed to catch up, the MRT Group will accept the offers for Trinidad and Tobago to run Marlin Hortin, France to run Phillippe Nicolas, Antonio Didac Puerta for Venezuela, James Douglas for New Zealand and Vidal Reyna-Sanchez for USA.
Now that's out of the way, here's MRT's entry:

Dates have not yet been set for these rounds yet, have they? I just need to make sure that there are no clashes with F1RWRS before Douglas Mann is confirmed in the Manx part-time entry. Or maybe just withdraw the entry to be sure?

I'm going to initially offer the seat to Vidal Reyna-Sanchez, and would like to suggest Dave Cassidy as a reserve driver if Vidal turns out to be useless by the half-way point of the season. Is this OK?

If you're seriously going to waste half the season on a stooge like Reyna-Sanchez who has done nothing in his entire career, over a multiple GP winner such as Cassidy, then you're not worth his time. Somebody who has achieved some level of success like Pratchett, Greenlaw, or Natalie Ryder, sure, but sharing a seat with Vidal Reyna-Sanchez is just insulting.

There won't be any clashes since it's a winter series, but there's the small issue of the Isle of Man not exactly being a recognised nation...

OK. Sorry, Wizzie, but I've been persuaded. When I initially came up with my list of drivers, I had merely looked through a list of names in the CCLOALCD thread. But I then looked up VRS and DC on the Wiki. Cassidy has results listed, VRS doesn't. So I'm going to go with Cassidy.
