Time will tell. If that scenario played out where would Webber go and would it be as a result of being pushed or from jumping ship?

Using the same methods of random speculation as this article, Raikkonen could replace Santa Claus if he decides to retire this year.

Bleacher Report is fan blogs, Coops. They have all of the veracity of Sniff Petrol, or University of Manchester doctorate students. There's nothing to believe there.

Now that is nonsense, old SC can handle high speeds in the snow. Doesnt seem like Kimi is in the same league.

Old "news". This one has been around since the Japanese Grnd Prix when it became apaprent Raikkonen wouldn't move to McLaren. It was started by Raikkonen fanboys who wanted to see Raikkonen in the sport and in a competitive car.

He could use a few reindeer to help him dig out, however

Yeah, and it's just a play in the Red Bull connection.

True - some desperate fans of Kimi saw that Red Bull sponsors Citroen World Rally cars and automatically assumed that there must be a link (even though technically Red Bull Racing is separate from the rest of the Red Bull drinks conglomerate). Frankly, looking at it, Kimi has turned his back on F1 for good, and will simply spend the next few years having a crack at the WRC instead, until he gets bored of that too.

It would appear the omens are there...
...and I thought that there would be no more mention of Kimi at F1 rejects at all!

I have heard this around, but it's probably just because Kimi's racing for Red Bull Citoren in WRC. He won't like Red Bull Cola.

Re: Raikkonen to replace Webber
Vodka = horrible stuff (I don't care what people say about it being tasteless, IT IS NOT)
Red Bull = sickly, horrilble stuff
Red Bull Cola = taste on a par with Virgin Cola = vile stuff
Mix any combination together and I would probably pass out...

I am not elderly, son. In fact, if my aching joints allowed it, I'd chase you youngsters away from this good old forum.

Re: Raikkonen to replace Webber
Bold (read: foolish) predictions time!
This will happen.
Currently, Webber has no plans to retire, and Kimi has not spoken to Red Bull, but the power of the F1 rumour mill is behind this story. All three parties will deny everything about this rumour, but it will soon be the worst kept secret in the paddock. Vettel will be signed up for another year very early (if hes not already under contract for 2011) but Webber will be mysteriously unconfirmed for much of the season. With a free seat in a potentially title winning team, the driver market will hinge around this deal much as it did around Alonso in 2009. It will finally be confirmed around Monza.
If i'm right I will be referring to this post in years to come. If i'm wrong I will edit this post to be a rant about how it will never happen and pretend I never said it.

Ah. So you would think.
But apparently Santa's contract renewal is now being negotiated by Frank Williams. Santa sent one of his elves to inform Frank about how 'irreplaceable' he was. And the elf re-appeared with a Xmas tree stuck in a delicate part. Despite having had a good few seasons Santa is now dropped, and KImi has Frank's phone number if he is interested. (if all else fails, Frank knows that Mansell is desperate to come back into any role available.)
