F1 Rejects sponsoring car in Outback Trek!

Post by Kuwashima »

G'day again all!

We've been promising for some time to sponsor a car, and get our logo emblazoned upon the side of some machine or other with 4 wheels. Well, we've finally done it! A colleague of mine is driving the 2009 Outback Car Trek, to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. Details here.

The site is sponsoring the car, #109, and hence hoping to raise some money from you, our readers and listeners, for a good cause. You can do so by following this link and donating.

Some pictures of the logo on the car below... (We've also got a logo on the support vehicle. Pics of that when we get 'em.)

Hoping you can help us, and the site, out!

Cheers,
Jamie and Enoch (Kuwashima and eytl)

I think this is a place where I can say this in the most lovingly double-entendre-ed way possible:

Get a Life.

Would have been great if car had been number 107 in memory of 107% rule.

Not even a 109% rule would have allowed Mastercard Lola into the Australian GP 1997...
