100723 Turkadipeantish GP edition

Post by eytl »

Hi everyone,

TimmyB has been at it again! He has come up with another fabulous F1 Rejects community podcast, with a bit of help from ADx_wales during the news section.

Don't worry - Tim has found a novel and ingenious way to cover the Turkish, Canadian and European GPs so that he's not boring you with stuff that's so last month. Plus he fixes up what's wrong with the Austrian national anthem, discusses Sakon Yamamoto and Ho-Pin Tung in glorious depth, delivers another disgusting version of "Istanbul Not Constantinople", and there's even some vuvuzela action in case you didn't get enough of it during the World Cup!

You can download it here: http://www.f1rejects.com/podcasts/index.html

Or otherwise the RSS and XML feeds should have been updated as well!

Another round of applause for Tim (and Adrian)! :D :D :D

Cheers,
Enoch

Dont be so racist, Vogons are people too :P

The Austrian anthem needs to be speeded up even more Tim, that still sent me to sleep.

I can't get enough of the way Murray says "Oh, it's Tarquini" in the intro. Nice podcast.

Yep, I created the intro so I guess I sorta did contribute to the podcast after all :D

Congratulations on the 3rd Community Podcast. And I agree on the rationale for the separation of these from the Jamnoch podcasts, thanks for making the distinction "official" on the podcast.

:D I don't want to ruin the illusion of a seamless podcast but keep in mind that the news was just the best bits of a 40 minute discussion...

ADx_Wales your preferred style is more 'Midweek Motorsport' than 'F1 Rejects', but it was a pleasure all the same.

Excellent jo! I say that wholeheartedly. First community podcast I have enjoyed. I can't wait to hear the Germgargian Grand Prix podcast.

In which case congratulations for sticking around!

I know as well as anyone that the community podcasts are a poor substitute for the 'real deal' but I hope that they're better than nothing.

Great job Timmy B and Adx. Appreciate the effort. Next time give it an extra dash of Welshman though!
