GP2 is used by like two bloody series and it's an extremely justified choice given as editing it requires neither graphical skills nor an M.A..

Well, it's the only one I can really use that my laptop doesn't struggle to run. I originally wanted to use GP3, but a) only has 11 teams and b) doesn't run on Win7.

GP4 is a bitch to edit, and I don't have anything like F1C or rFactor. So I think my choice is justified.

I had originally assumed Uenoclinic was a reference to an F1R spam I'd simply forgotten about (we get so much of it, you know). I didn't realise it was actually real. And I was almost there! I just thought they were selling pills rather than surgery for the item mentioned in the article... :?

Currently,it has a spot on the F1RSTC calendar,but that's about it.

Unforunately the reason it's somewhat lambasted by a few people here is because of the GP2 track. Pitlane entry is bugged. All the drivers turn into Maldonado whenever they need new tyres. There are usually not enough finishers to even fill the podium. But, I like that sort of chaos myself.

LGPS 1991 Brazilian GP at Jacarepagua had four finishers. And in my abandoned F1 career for Sophie Fabron, only two AI drivers finished besides me in a full-length race. So this "feature" is available in F1C as well. :) And we all know how closely rFactor is related to F1C...

My aborted '86 season had just 3 finishers, it was mad.

It's scaled down to about a third of the size though and my attempt at an A1 Grand Prix there resulted in most of the field progressively wiping themselves out before the end of the first lap.

It also exist for F1C in scaled-down form - 24.7 kilometres to be precise. I guess simulators (or more appropriately, most PCs) simply can't handle extremely long tracks.

The Nordschliefe is 14 miles. Manx TT is 37 miles. Which admittedly is less than 50+ miles...

F3RWRS should be a series using a single-made chassis and one, maybe two, engines.

Maybe a couple of chassis and a couple of engines, maybe famous F3 brands like Ralt, Reynard, Dallara and March with engines by Toyota (TOMS), Honda (Mugen), Opel (Spiess), Mercedes, Fiat and VW.

I have to agree with this. I'm afraid that all single-make series without any specific goal (as opposed to the RWRS feeder categories, which give experience towards F1RWRS) will reach their peak at some point, after which they start to lose their popularity. Also in LGPS, the upgrade system was rather hastily put together and it has started to show its flaws.

You might've noticed that I'm quite bored with LGPS myself. I'm only going to do the 1993 season because I don't want to leave a year's gap in the canon, and also because AxelP800 has already well planned to start his follow-up series from 1994.

None whatsoever :P

Seriously though, for a small team in their first season of F1, running a year old car, snapping at the heels of regular points scorers and not being strangers to the top 15 in qualifying is pretty impressive. If it weren't for our shocking reliability we'd have scored at least 5 points by my reckoning.
