Alfa Romeo's circuit preference.

Circuit de Spa-Franchorchamps*
Circuit de Monaco
Autodromo di Monza
Nürburgring Nordschleife*
Silverstone Circuit
Circuit de Reims
Sebring*

As for drivers we can confirm that Farina and Whitehead will be retained. For the third driver, if Dries van der Lof is available we would like to take him.

Reatherson Racing Developments intends on keeping Lance Macklin for a full season, and a possibility of expanding into two cars in entries, even if it is just for one race.
My friend's USB drive spoiled, spilled tea on her laptop and had a bird poo in her hand.

What did she do in her past life to deserve this?

Here is our suggestion for race tracks (in bold are the preferred tracks):

Silverstone Circuit (British GP)
Circuit de Monaco (Monaco GP)
Indianapolis Motor Speedway (US GP)
Autodromo di Monza (Italian GP)
Circuit de Reims (French GP)
Autobahnspinne Dresden (East German GP)
AVUS (West German GP)
Silverstone Circuit (British GP)
Circuit Park Zandvoort (Dutch GP)
Circuit de Spa-Franchorchamps (Belgian GP)

As for drivers - both Leader and Balkan Eagle are willing to keep their drivers, although if there is a high-grade free agent we may reconsider this.
To finish first, first you have to finish!

Asso Di Fiori plan to buy another JAMR chassis and engine so we can expend to two cars. Both van der Lof and Villoresi will hopefully be retained in some form.

Phoenix Racing Organisation wants to request the services of Juan Manuel Fangio to partner Alberto Ascari for 1955. We'll also retain our supply of Mercedes engines if possible.

Mercedes-Benz Team Europe will extend their operation for 1954 and field three full-time entries for Bernie Ecclestone, Bill Vukovich and an unannounced third driver. For said third driver, we send enquiries to O.S.C.A. and Leader for the price they'd demand for the contracts of André Simon and Johnny Claes respectively.

We are of course willing to extend any engine contract, however since our current engine has proven very competitive we will continue to use the UM153 for next season.

F. H. Warden Competition will continue in 1953. Whether or not we'll run a new car depends on our budget and the final calendar, and we're most likely going to keep Ken Wharton aboard. However, should he receive an offer from a works team, we don't want to step in the way of his future career prospects.

Our track proposals in order of preference:
Silverstone
Oulton Park
Monza (full version w/oval)
Nürburgring Nordschleife
Bremgarten
Reims
Monaco
Pescara
Snetterton
AVUS

Alright then, I believe I've had enough votes in general, so the following circuits are confirmed for 1954: Spa-Francorchamps, Monaco, Silverstone, Monza, Nürburgring, Reims, Bremgarten and Sebring.

Oulton Park, Zandvoort and Pescara are in the gray area, so a secondary vote will be held. You must choose whether you give a -1, 0 or +1 to each circuit. After the end of the voting process, circuits with a positive score will make the calendar. Should all three circuits receive positive scores, the circuit with the lowest score will be excluded.

Voting will end on Friday January 17th 2014 at 17:00 CET

Tally:
Oulton Park: 0
Zandvoort: +2
Pescara: -1

Anyone looking for a one-off entry for the Belgian GP? Take a look at what ENB has to offer:
Olivier Gendebien
André Milhoux
Georges Berger
Roger Laurent
Lucien Bianchi
Looking for a full-time driver? These drivers are excellent!
André Pilette
Paul Frère
Besides that, Jacques Swaters will drive one of ENB's own cars now and then.
And to top that off, i'm still trying to convince Johnny Claes to give ENB a try!

Scuderia Ambrosiana will confirm that they will continue on into 1954. We will put chassis 1 up for sale and use 2 and 3 for Rubirosa and Bracco respectively. We would like to continue with Alfa Romeo engines.

As a side note, Redman Racing Team will continue in 1954, with just Nello Pagani, and probably still in Maseratis, depending on what happens. Stan Jones will be a free agent after the US Grand Prix.

Because I'm seeing a lot of these votes, I'm wondering if I didn't badly word the rules of this. You don't have to give one track a +1, another a 0 and the last one a -1, you can give three +1s if you want, or three -1s if you're feeling particularly mean ;)

You can change your votes if you like, I recount them after the deadline anyway :P

Shadaza's vote was the last before the deadline, so Zandvoort is the only one of the three circuits who will be on the calendar next season. And now for the final vote. You must simply list the circuits in the order that you wish to visit them. The average position for each circuit will determine where they are on the calendar.

As a reminder, the circuits are: Spa-Francorchamps, Monza, Monaco, Silverstone, Nürburgring Nordschleife, Reims-Gueux, Bremgarten, Sebring and Zandvoort.

Current order (after 10 votes):

1. Monaco (1.9)
2. Reims (3.8)
3. Spa-Francorchamps (4.7)
4. Zandvoort (4.9)
5. Silverstone (5.0)
6. Bremgarten (5.0)
7. Nürburgring (5.7)
8. Sebring (6.6)
9. Monza (7.2)

I don't see Maria Teresa de Filippis on this list, so can I try entering her under the BRUNEL banner for some races in 1954 please? And I'm guessing I still have to wait until 1955 for Pat Moss?
