After an exciting 1990 season in which Gerhard Berger secured his first World Championship and his team, McLaren-Honda cruised to the Constructors Championship.
Welcome, everyone to F1 1991. Your finances from last year have been taxed at 40% and prize money added for final championship positions. Also, to keep the number of cars sensible the FIA have applied a 20 team limit starting in 1992, so the bottom two teams in the championship will not have their licenses renewed for 1992. Lambo engines.. Meh, I was still expecting the Renault ones... Looks like another year of PQ for us. :(

Ford was the best choice for the worse teams, as they were willing to supply any team tbh. Also cost same as Lambo ones.
