The Super Lel Cup!

Post by Salamander »

Good evening everybody and welcome to the Super Lel Cup! On tonight's show: "Who keeps putting walls in my way" - Humbert Moyenmoutier! "Don't hate me 'cause you love my money" - Benoit Voeckler! "I have 1 speed out of a possible 100" - Sandra Yoo! And "Oh god what is this I don't even" - Ed McWilliams! Hey, I'm Salamander, c'mon down and let's have some fun!

Welcome again to the Super Lel Cup, where the talent's made up and the points don't matter - that's right, the points are like sleeping with Pippa Mann - you don't need to make any effort.

As you might've guessed, this entire series is all about causing the most hilarious chaos possible with NR2003. As such, I'm not even gonna bother giving points to the winner - instead, points are all about how much stuff you hit in crashes. 2 points are handed out for being in a crash. This will then be multiplied by how many walls, cars, or other objects you hit, as well as how many times you completely flip/roll over/spin 360 degrees. Any ties will be broken by whoever has the worse finishing average. Seems simple enough, yeah?

I'm looking at about 30-40 entries here, depending on interest, I might allow multiple entries. For now, all I need is the driver you are entering, and a general livery idea. No restrictions on drivers, unless they're actually good, in which case you're in the wrong series, buddy. As for liveries, make them basic - you ask for something complicated and you're getting an MS Paint scribble.

Might as well do the livery myself if a template is given.

Aight, so Atlantean Voeckler, the reigning ARST champions (i.e. the legitimate older brother of this series) will enter cars 27 and 28 here too, for Benoit and Adelaide Voeckler respectively. Just reuse my ARST liveries for this, please!

Driver: Kazuki Fushida
Livery: Just some simple white/red livery.

Fushida is a former Formula 1 driver. Technically. His career was nothing more than one single DNQ for Steve Smith in 1980. In 2002, he did a few races in CART, with little success. But now, at the age of 58, he is planning a comeback in SANDWICH.

If you want to do the livery yourself, just use this template. You may ask why is it a Chevy, to which I answer: because it is the default car in NR2003. :P

And here's the livery, true to the spirit of this Cup: http://formularejects.com/uploader/repo ... racken.tga

With this I'm claiming #81 as McCracken's racing number.

If Mecha doesn't show up pronto with McWilliams-Vance and the Hondoges, imma lose my s**t. Super Lel Cup can't live up to its name without the original Hondoge Duo. Moyenmoutier too. Force them all to join at gunpoint if you have to.

Because you asked for it, I'll run both McWilliams and Vance (and Etsuko Hayase, too) here. Just give them the liveries from Destruction Derby 2, and we are set :)
