Grand Prix Rejects 2015-16 Off-season Rolling Trivia Quiz!
So, Formula One's sixty-sixth season is now a thing of the past and that means no F1 for the next few months. The word association game has been banned, so I began looking for a more intellectually stimulating alternative, and what I came up with was a quiz. I thought I was being very clever with my new and totally original idea that I stole from another forum until realising that it's actually been done before on this forum.
The rules are pretty much the same as Pi's quiz: One person asks a question and whoever answers it correctly gets one point and the honour of asking the next question. The only real difference is that it doesn't necessarily have to be about reject teams and drivers, just Formula One in general, though reject questions are encouraged
This game runs until 17th March, the day before practice begins for the Australian Grand Prix. Whoever amasses the most points wins... er, the as-yet unannounced prize, which is... not going to be announced until it's over! Yeah...
I'll set the ball rolling with a simple one: In 2013, which talented reject driver became the first rookie to finish every race in his début season?
Final standings
1. tommykl - 21 pts.
2. peteroli34 - 15.5 pts.
3. MorbidelliObese - 8 pts.
4. Miguel98 - 7 pts.
=. Normal32 - 7 pts.

Which F1 car made only one appearance at a non-championship race, qualifying roughly 30 seconds off the pace, and who was the poor driver?

Which driver survived at least six car accidents before the age of 20 and later went on to fill a hotel dining room with ducks out of spite after receiving bad service, aided by Tony Rolt and Peter Walker?

And you're completely correct! I could have added so many other anecdotes it's not even funny.

And already I've broken my self-made promise not to take part in my own game! But yeah, Duncan seemed like a colourful enough type.
Next question: Which former driver was a French Rally Champion and won the Tour de Corse as well as two of the three legs of the Triple Crown of endurance racing?

I'm fairly sure Larrousse was a rally driver, and I know he won Le Mans, so that's my guess.

And Gérard Larrousse is the right answer! Yeah, he won the Tour de Corse in 1969, Le Mans in 1973-74 and Sebring in 1971. Your move again!

Before the situation arises, a time limit of 48 hours will be given to answer each question, and 48 hours for the answerer to post a new one. Otherwise I will be forced to either answer the question (if I know the answer) or post a new one myself. Keeps things flowing
Anyway, I have to restrain myself from answering this one for up to 46 more hours, carry on

Opening up a can of worms there, as technically, there were two. One was born in Morocco and raced under French nationality, the other was born in France and raced under Moroccan nationality.
Still, any takers?

Technically, isn't the Luxembourg Grand Prix another race that was only held once, albeit at a track that has held a number of other races too? (Although I suspect the question implied unique GPs at unique tracks.)

Time for my question then:
In 1959, the constructor's championship second year of running, many entrants showed up to some Grands Prix with unusual chassis, some never seen before and some never seen again. Apart from the big shots by the likes of Cooper and Ferrari, there were also the little teams. And, obviously, my question is for the little teams:
Name the five constructors that only started ONE Grand Prix in 1959.
This excludes Fry-Climax, which DNQ'ed it's only attempt and the unusual chassis-engine combos of Cooper-Borgward and Cooper-OSCA.
