Your Reject of the Race - Brazil

1. Lance Stroll - Every time we went onboard the Williams he locked up. No wonder that tyre waved the white flag.

2. Haas - Their race was ruined less than halfway through the first lap.

Dishonourable mention to safety and security at Interlagos. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if F1 doesn't renew their contract.

Wouldn't be such a bad thing, we could always return to Jacarapagua...

...oh wait.

1. Lance Stroll: Though he missed FP3, I don't feel that excuses his awful performance today. The only notable things he did in the race were negative (being a nuisance while Hamilton was trying to lap him, and flat spotting his tires), and he finished two laps down. You know your race was awful when you finish behind both Saubers.
2. Romain Grosjean: Also two laps down and ruined Ocon's finish streak. :x

Dishonorable mention: TV graphics: Really slow at updating the positions and inexplicably showed Hülkenberg dropping down behind the safety car (which didn't happen).

1. Haas - Everything fell apart for them in about 30 seconds at the start, the cars were all over the place and nothing they tried seemed to work. The penalty for Grosjean did seem on the harsh side, but even so that event summed up how the rest of the race went for him.

2. Stroll - poor in qualifying and equally poor in the race, not to mention a lot of lock ups that probably helped wreck that front tyre of his.

1. Renault/Toro Rosso drama - The fact that the Toro Rosso-Renault engine suddenly gained 32000 of unreliability is funny as hell, but Toro Rosso suddenly citing that Renault are boycotting their engines is even funnier. Overall, nothing here is good, and will end up in tears.

2. Haas - 40 seconds in and their races was already over.

1. Lance Stroll -- I said in the race chat that Stroll was quickly descending into the new Maldonado. I'm getting a certain sense of dread he's slowly starting to prove me right.

2. Haas -- Let's just say, I could probably last longer in bed than Haas in Interlagos.

1. Security: Or lack thereof...

2. Haas: Ditto to the above comments

1) The Thugs trying to/robbing near the track...cancel the contract with the race promoter. Nuff said.

1. People who think this is Felipe Massa's last Brazilian Grand Prix
2. Track safety - I very much like this track, and don't want to see it disappear from the calendar due to neglect or poor management, only to be replaced by a street circuit in Laos.

RoTR:
1. Haas: Two crashes by lap 2, both with their drivers at fault, and ruining their chance of points.
2. Lance Stroll: Anonymous and slow.
DHM:
Hamilton: That qualifying crash was Ericsson-esque
Ricciardo's luck: Will he finish another race without problems this year?
Brendan Hartley's luck: Two retirements in three races, all engine failures

The results are in from Brazil, let's see who won the coveted prize:

1. Lance Stroll 63
2. Haas 60

3. Poor track security 26
4. Renault / Toro Rosso drama (combined) 20
5. Romain Grosjean 11
6. People who think this is Felipe Massa's last Brazilian Grand Prix 10
7. Kevin Magnussen 5
8. Valtteri Bottas 1

In a shaky year for the rookie, Lance Stroll finally takes his maiden ROTR win! The young lad must be very proud, after he managed a full weekend of blunders: poor qualifying and floundering around most of the race until he got a puncture, then finishing two laps down on the leader whilst his illustrious teammate raked in all the glory of a farewell race. Gives the team little confidence as to the quality of Massa's successor! In second place was the Haas Team, whose race was ruined in a first corner clash that Romain Grosjean takes much of the blame for. For this they were a very close second in the running. Significantly in third was the fans' outrage at the inability of security to deal with or prevent the high crime activity surrounding the F1 teams. Brazil is a popular track, but needs to sort itself out for the sake of safety sooner rather than later, or it runs the risk of being dropped, I'd say.
