At the minute, Davis is yet to be assigned, so if you wish to join and if you're quick Davis is yours. Anyone else who wishes to join afterwards can ask me to put them on the waiting list. Would you be able to suggest how much you are willing to offer for each driver, and I'd recommend putting in a backup bid, as this is going through RNG.

You are correct, and the RNG odds are also affected by how well your team did the previous season and your team's potential, and the way pay drivers work is that you generally assume the driver is waged, and if you wish for a pay driver then I will provide you with a list.

The budget covers everything, so you don't have to pay drivers that much: the maximum wage I'd expect is $1 million.

Lyn wanted to stay in IRL for 1998, and Sabine didn't want to leave Europe, so that wouldn't change anything.
