Re: National minorities in F1
Oh dear, maybe I should have left the limitation to the 1980s-2010s? Don't you think that it's not a minority any more? I thought of two, three racer drivers and some test drivers. Now it appears that both Sweden and Ireland had lots of drivers in F1 Henceforth, we're limiting the number of F1 full-...

Re: Help me completing the dutch f1 drivers lists
I found some important details, that you should consider updating your list.
Jacky van de Ende was awarded with testing Stewart in 1997 but never drove the car due to the injury
Nicky Pastorelli was initially named as 3rd driver for '06 but ran out of cash

Re: National minorities in F1
Well, I didn't mention that one because it wasn't an official test (Walter Wolf was invited for the opening of Poznan Circuit, by the prime minister, Andrzej's father, and he brought the car with him to give prime minister's son a ride). But so be it

National minorities in F1
Hello, inspired by f1-gast's list of Dutch drivers I decided to start the thread with national minorities in F1. I mean, I will make a list of all the countries who: - had no more than 10 drivers to compete in F1 - had test drivers, that never advanced to full-time F1 racing Test drivers who turned ...

Re: Help me completing the dutch f1 drivers lists
I'm not sure, what i remember is that he won the Formula Ford Festival back in 97 or 96. And in order of that he got a test with stewart, but i can't find anywhere that Ricardo won that ? Edit: The only van der Ende that i know that is jacky, but he won it in 98 if i'm right ? The one you're lookin...

Hm, I think having a father who was a boss of the most rejectful team in the '90s is enough for being a reject son
I think we should mention Bas, Jan Lammers' son.

Actually, I'm registered here for a few days, but I forgot to find the thread like this, so... My name is Emil, and I live in Warsaw. I'm a F1 fan since 1995, and I always enjoyed watching all those low-budget teams with their underpowered cars and reckless paydrivers, like Forti or Pacific (and wha...

Raw Pace - 7 I think his pace seems to be better than the other drivers of his generation. Strategic Ability - 6 He doesn't seem to take much risk, but he makes it up with speed. And what is Nissany doing? Well, maybe his performance wasn't the fastest, but we weren't expecting too much from a guy who was a racing driver for a few years He made up his lack of speed with those outstanding turning skills and enthusiasm. I really enjoyed his few laps around the track and I'm qu...
