Re: alternate 1996 season
Even with their drives for better or teams, I don' think the Pacific rejects could have managed to be that great in the championship. It would have been teams like Jordan, midfield teams with midfield drivers, who would have won the championship, with Schumacher and Hill in Fortis and Minardis fight...

Current Rejects
What current drivers will leave F1 as rejects?
Only Sutil, Buemi, and Bourdais are currently eligible. Do any of them have a future?
Force India are a reject team at the moment. Just saying.

Um... it's in my signature?
I've watched that video so many times. It's therapeutic.

What the Teams Should be Called
Teams have changed hands many times over the years, but here's the entry list for 2009 if they never had. Gives it all a little more history IMO. Bruce McLaren Motor Racing (no Vodafone Mercedes nonsense) Scuderia Ferrari Sauber Toleman Group Motorsport (that's Renault, just saying) Panasonic Toyota...

Re: Drivers that Would Be Rejects if they got to F1...
I'd say Karun Chandhok, if he gets to F1 it'll be in a Force India (or Fifi as I like to call them), so...wouldn't be too promising. He's not great anyway in GP2. Judging from GP2 again, Lucas di Grassi would probably be awful if got to F1. Not that he's that bad, he just hasn't made any kind of imp...

Re: Campaign to add Bernie Eccelstone as reject driver
He's more than a reject, he's bloody ruined the whole sport (oh yes, I said bloody).
Would be a fantastic read.

Re: Campaign to add Osella as reject team
The thing with Osella is that they weren't embarrassingly, stand-out, eye-poppingly bad. They were just bad.
As a result, I think they don't deserve reject status. The Ghinzani profile pretty much has it all anyone. He certainly hung around.
