He's going to win to spite her, right?

Pussycat Dolls (feat. Lewis Hamilton) - Don't Cha

I know you want to pass me, I know you do
Thats why whenever I'm in front
You're all over me.
I know you want it, it's easy to see
And in the back of your mind
You know you should be on the top step instead of me

Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?
Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?

Fight the oversteer, leave me alone
Cause if it ain't KERS
It just ain't enough to get by mine.
Lets keep it friendly, you have to play fair
See I know you haven't got
That extra horsepower.

Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?
Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?

I know I'm on your race line
I know we'd have a good time
I'm your friend, I'm fun and I'm first
I ain't lying; look at me shine
You ain't blind;
I know my lap time is on your mind

I know I'm on your race line
I know we'd have a good time
I'm your friend, I'm fun and I'm first
I ain't lying; lLook at me shine
You ain't blind; I know my lap time is on your mind
So I understand

I probably be just as crazy as you
If you were the one with KERS
Maybe next season, possibly
Until then no downforce possibly
Is a drag for me

Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?
Don't cha wish your car had KERS like mine?
Don't cha wish your car was on pole like mine?
Don't cha? Don't cha?

Lewis has suddenly, by association, become 75% less annoying.

It makes sense, though. 31-year-old women want very different things than most 24-year-old men. What was she thinking?

The reason for watching Formula One are now over. Really sad; next time Lewis makes a move, we'll see his dad or Martin Whitmarsh, and I cannot see any improvement coming from that fact. :(

I think its quite obvious why Hamilton crashed. Without Nicole Shirtsinger, Scherzinger, bouncing up and down, the balance on the Mclaren was disrupted. :D

Multiplied by a lot.

Seriously though, aside from the slash-fiction jokes, I think lewis made a very good decision. He's much younger than her, she wanted to get married and have kids, he wanted to keep driving for McLaren and only saw her three times a year or something. He was honest and careful when dumping her, and hasn't cheated on her to the best of our knowledge. So why is she boycotting him and Singapore rather than just remaining friends with him?

Makes sense. The Pussycat Dolls might be big, but Nicole Shirtsinger (I refuse to spell her name on general principles) isn't exactly rolling in it.

The reason is that they're not like any other band (I use the term "band" in the loosest possible sense, as you're about to find out). They were created by a woman name Robin Antin who employs them on a contractual basis. The members of the band don't actually see a dime from the royalties; those gets paid to Antin, who then re-distributes them as wages and keeps the rest. That way, she retains complete creative control over the group. The members are her employees, performing the tasks she sets them and if anybody complains about it - they started out as a burlesque troupe and someof the their dancing is really quite sexual - she can fire them for breaking contract.

This would be great news if it actually meant that the world feed would replace all of its shots of Scherzinger overreacting with actual on-track action. Unfortunately, I think it just means more camera time for dear old dad.

To give a serious answer in a less than serious thread, he may have broken her heart. Do you keep hanging around with your exes all the time after they dump you?

Or, more cynically, maybe she's just not interested without the promise of cash. But I'm not cynical enough to imagine that's the truth!

Apparently they have shown up in Singapore this weekend together.

This means:
(1) the break-up report was wrong to begin with
(2) they are merely keeping up appearances, or
(3) they have listened to the F1 Rejects podcast, seen the light, and reconciled.

Take your pick!
