Who knows, I think Sauber are closest to doing that, if not Lotus (If they survive).

Ever wondered what a Ferrari livery would look like if tobacco advertising was still allowed? Have a look at the car on the wall at Ferrari's pre-Christmas dinner:
It looks like an F2003 (?) with a 2013 livery applied, apart from a sneaky Marlboro logo over the engine cover. An accidental oversight? A deliberate oversight due to a Philip Morris representative's presence? Or am I seeing things?

To be fair, its there own meeting so they can have whatever they like on the car and considering that the White Ferrari Rectangle is without a doubt meant to make you think of Marlboro, id say its anything but an oversight. Considering Phillip Morris own the skin of the car and sublet sponsor space out to other parties says it all really. Plus if Phillip Morris want to spend however many billions on sponsoring Ferrari in only subliminal ways, all power to them. The more money they waste the better.
Everyone knows how popular the first Jordan livery is, on the 191. However, before the car raced, it was originally going to be known as the Jordan 911 (Porsche took exception to this, so the name was changed). Without a title sponsor, the car was launched in carbon black, with only the Jordan logos. here is the picture of the car at the time: http://www.macsmodeling.com/911%20launch%20001a.jpg
Anybody else wish someone would go for an all black car?
And can someone explain why the Matra and Pescarolo cars have a light-green nose tip? Does it symbolise something?
1) No, no black on a Jordan 191.
2) Quite honestly, I wouldn't know. If I had to guess though, it would have to be because of Henri Pescarolo honoring Matra in some sort of way.
From what I can gather, the green bands were only on Pescarolo's cars, so yeah, it's all about Henri. All Matra shots of Beltoise from the same period show him with a white strip at the front. This seems to have been the case both in F1 and sportscars. I believe that when Matra started, the drivers picked a colour from the company's logo or something, and Pescarolo chose green.

IIRC there was a photo of the 191 from testing early in '91 in a slightly darker green than they ended up using with just the yellow Jordan writing on the sidepods before 7up was announced as the sponsor
Not as iconic as the 7-Up livery, maybe, but it isn't that bad, is it?

Taking into account an old British idiom, Jordan's old logo was quite optimistic...
