I thought there may be some reject action here as the video focuses on retirements in a somewhat rejectful race, but in the end all we get is a couple of shots of the Zakspeed.

Some good classic F1 on that channel though, so worth a look through their other vids.

To Sakon Yamamoto's investors,

Please remove all of your investment from Sakon and invest in Hayanari Shimoda.

Thank you,

Well it could have been down to the fact I had little sleep for the past 5 nights before watching it and I haven't seen the prequel to the movie.

I know. It would have been a lot better if he was giving Hamilton the middle finger instead. :P (It would have meant the same thing.)

Here's a video of the Caesars Palace GP in 81. It gives us a good close up view of how bland the track was.

Rejects In Action: Video Thread

Post by Reverie Planetarian »

I went searching around for more info on HWNSNBM and I actually managed to find an onboard lap of him on the edge (I assume) around Monza.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YXTHNSgsXs Here he is, and it's a fine lap in the Jordan.
I figured "Hey, I should post this," but why should I have all the fun? Let's make this a thread for the purpose of collecting links of Rejects, near-Rejects, or Rejectful performances captured and immortalized by video. After all, it's only one thing to pass these performances on through textual history, but with YouTube we can relive these magic moments one link at a time.
Some say he plans to put an S921 on the Goodwood 2012 run, and that he DOES know what Deletraz is doing.
All we know is...he's called Perry McCarthy!

...we'll never see an S921 at Goodwood, will we?

I posted this in my own thread because I'm sort of an idiot like that and forgot we had this thread.

And fastest as well, about 1.39 laptime. Looking for example at 1993 Larrousse which does the lap in 1.31.

In real-life it was at best 14 seconds off the worst car that qualified for the race.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVCN5ulbJww Speaking of which, here's another rfactor video, this time of the Andrea Moda making its rounds.

I like to imagine this kind of speed is possible, if only because maybe it's McCarthy's car.
