Re: Brawn Admits Schumacher Will Be #1 Driver at Mercedes

German Motorsport-Total (which is serious enough) says that Schumacher will receive the number 3 car despite having signed later than Rosberg. The reason is said to be that "Schumacher prefers uneven numbers". Whatever...

They have all driven in the A1GP series. Don't know what makes Piquet special there though.

Then again, you should include Lotus in that case as well though, imo. And that would be really impossible then. :P

Re: Introduce yourself...

Favorite driver: Jenson Button. Has been since 2004 and 2009 was a huge year in terms of motorsport for me. Apart from that perhaps Timo Glock but I'd also love to see Senna or di Grassi doing well. Favorite team: Used to be BAR / Honda / Brawn. But I don't like Mercedes so Virgin is about to take t...

Re: A1GP rejects

Haha, well said. I don't think A1GP is a reject though. I think that the idea itself is very good to have nations racing against each other. The motorsport world was missing something like that in my opinion. The way the whole thing is organized is terrible, though. Just take 2009/2010: not even two...

Re: Most Forgettable Drivers

To be quite honest, I haven't heard of it until the day before yesterday. I thought he was just a random pay driver Lotus needed because they were actually going down at that time. The I coincidentally spotted it on YouTube and was quite shocked because I thought something like that couldn't happen ...

Re: Most Forgettable Drivers

How about Johnny Dumfries? I've never heard about that guy until I started to get interested in the 80's. He drove a few races for Lotus alongside Senna didn't he?

And: Martin Donnelly. Even though this was because of certain circumstances...
